My Bio

I was born and raised in Clark County, going to school in Woodland Washington from kindergarten up until graduation. After graduation, I moved South to Vancouver, where I started taking business and marketing classes at Clark College. From this experience, I feel I have something to offer that most Realtors in the area don't - a first hand knowledge of the different areas in Clark County, from the eyes of a 26+ year resident. After moving to Vancouver I began working with Keller Williams Realty, where I spent three years working as a Marketing Specialist, Listing Coordinator, and Administrative Specialist for the (at the time) highest producing team in Clark County, the Siebold & Combs Team. In those three years I learned the business from the ground up, doing everything from data entry, marketing design, lead follow-up, listing marketing and photography, and project coordination. While working with the Siebold & Combs Team, I began studying to get my Washington real estate license. With the help of Mr. Combs and Mrs. Siebold, I was able to hit the ground running, and I took my first home listing less than 24 hours after having my real estate license. What's even more impressive, is that I had that same listing in "sale pending" less than 48 hours after officially receiving my license. In the roughly 6 years since then, I've been slowly-but-surely climbing the sales ranks for agents in Clark County, and have appeared in the "top 10" of sales numbers, on two separate occasions, for the largest real estate company in SW Washington, Keller Williams Realty Premier Partners. My proposition of value: What sets me apart from my competition, is the fact that I'm a 25+ year resident, who brings a college education and a high degree of tech-savvy to the table, in an industry that's historically been run by a demographic which is nearly twice my age. That's simply not the way things are done anymore, now that technology has completely re-invented the industry over the past 5 years. Not only am I an advocate for these new technologies which are rapidly changing the industry, but I'm also responsible for helping to "roll out" these new technologies at Keller Williams, to help train my agent partners on their advantages, and how to implement them into their business. I do this at no charge, as I truly feel that the best way to master these systems is by teaching it to others, and being able to answer questions from other successful business owners.
